Just when you thought the Charlie Sheen HIV scare news was finally dying down, a new development has surfaced and of course it is from another ex-partner of the 50-year-old actor.
Brett Rossi, Sheen's ex-fiancée is suing the actor for allegedly bullying her into getting an abortion, an article from TMZ reported.
Rossi said that Sheen told her that he did not want a "retarded child" because of his HIV diagnosis. She revealed that she got pregnant in 2014 and when the Anger Management actor found out about this, he got really angry. He insisted that she get an abortion and even threatened her that he would kick her out if she resisted. Rossi gave in and had the abortion because she had no choice.
The two had unprotected sex at least five times before Rossi saw the actor's stash of HIV medications in his medicine cabinet. Rossi said that Sheen confessed about his condition and they agreed to have unprotected sex nevertheless; she then got pregnant after several months.
The ex-girlfriend also revealed episodes of violent behavior from the actor when they were together. There was a time when she allegedly narrowly missed a cement pillar that Sheen threw at her. This outburst broke a glass door. The actor was also very jealous of Rossi's ex-husband and there were even reports that he allegedly tried to put a hit out on him.
Rossi has filed a lawsuit against the "Two and a Half Men" actor and is asking for unspecified damages as well as punitives. Charlie's lawyer, Martin Singer, told TMZ that they intend to defend Sheen and they are very confident that they will win this case. The TMZ report concluded.
Sheen hid his HIV status for four years since he was diagnosed positive in 2011. Since he came out, numerous complaints and reports from his ex-partners and lovers have surfaced saying that they have been cheated on and betrayed by the actor by not revealing his true condition. The actor allegedly lived a life of unprotected sex and drugs which makes his case more controversial than ever.
