Brian Volk-Weiss, production president at the New Wave Entertainment - the largest comedy show production house, has reportedly listed his home in Los Feliz, Los Angeles, for $1.19 million.
The Realtor Blog broke the news of the listing. Public records of the residence show that the home last sold in 2008 for $1.09 million.
First built in 1938, the house has been carefully renovated over the years. Currently, the residence spans an area of 2,028 square feet and comprises of three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Interiors of the home feature hardwood flooring, drywall ceilings and French doors and windows. The double storey home has a semi-spiral staircase leading up to the upper level.
Living space includes a formal foyer, a fireplace and a separate dining area. Listing photos show an upgraded modern kitchen with olive-green custom cabinetry. The house also offers beautiful views of the Griffith Park and the cityscape.
Outside, the residence has a cozy courtyard with sitting area and a covered two-car garage as well.
The floor plans show that the entry opens into the large living room, which in turn opens into the dining area. The kitchen is accessible through the dining space and it also has a large pantry. There is one bedroom on the main level, while the other two are on the upper level. There is a huge walk-in closet in the master bedroom. A laundry and porch also exists on the upper floor.

Brian Volk-Weiss was previously the head producer at the New Wave Entertainment and was promoted as president only in 2013. He not only oversees the production department but also helps CEO Paul Apel manage the overall strategy and marketing plans of the company, Deadline reported.
