Frank Sinatra's 100th Birthday Gets a Grammy Tribute Show

"Fly me to the moon, let me play among the stars. Let me see what spring is like on Jupiter and Mars," this song never gets old. After all, it's covered by countless of artists up until now. But nothing can top Frank Sinatra's 1964 version.

Sinatra will be celebrating his 100th birthday on Dec. 12, and to commemorate this, the prestigous GRAMMY Awards organized a tribute show called "Sinatra 100 - An All-Star GRAMMY Concert" with an all-star cast.

As reported by GRAMMY, the tribute concert includes Grammy winners like, 17-time GRAMMY winner Tony Bennett, two-time GRAMMY winner Garth Brooks, 15-time GRAMMY winner Alicia Keys, nine-time GRAMMY winner John Legend, three-time GRAMMY winner Adam Levine, seven-time GRAMMY winner Carrie Underwood, five-time GRAMMY winner Celine Dion, and eight-time GRAMMY winner Usher.

According to The Daily Mail, Lady Gaga will also be paying tribute to the legendary crooner. She will channel her inner Sinatra by wearing a skintight version of a tuxedo and a top hat, which is the iconic look of the late singer, while belting out Sinatra's greatest hits.

Seth McFarlane, a huge fan of Sinatra, will be hosting the show, and will probably do a performance as well, as reported by Pop Sugar. Other performers include Katharine McPhee, Trisha Yearwood, Juanes, Nick Jonas, Harry Connick Jr., and Sinatra's daughter, Nancy Sinatra.

Billboard announced that three-time GRAMMY winner Don Was will serve as the music director of the show. “In paying homage to Mr. Sinatra’s music and treating his legacy with the utmost respect, most of the artists will sing arrangements as originally crafted for Mr. Sinatra by giants Don Costa, Gordon Jenkins, Quincy Jones, and Nelson Riddle. It’s going to be an incredible show!”

"Sinatra 100 - An All-Star GRAMMY Concert" will be premiering on Dec. 6 on CBS.
