Virginia Madsen, the "Sideways" actress, has reportedly listed her home in Thousand Oaks, Calif., for an asking price of $1.08 million.
The residence, located in the gated Rancho Conejo community, is currently in escrow, the Real Estalker reports. Madsen purchased the home in 2005 for $1.35 million.
Listing records of the home state that the residence is a 3,691-square feet, single-family, two-level home that was built in 2004. The place has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms.
Interiors of the home feature tiled and hardwood flooring, high drywall ceilings and wood framed windows and doors.
Living spaces include a double-height formal dining area, a drawing room, a theater, a sitting room and a modern kitchen with custom cabinetry and a mid-rise island with a granite counter-top.
Outside, the home has a lounging pavilion, a pool with waterfall features and a separate in-ground spa. There is a built-in fire pit and ample parking area as well.

Madsen also owns another property in West Hollywood and apparently, she shares ownership of the residence with her mother, according to the blog.
Madsen shot to fame with her role in "Sideways" after appearing in several films aimed at the teenage audience. Before stardom could take her to new heights, she lived in Los Angeles. She could hardly pay the mortgage and the bank was repossessing her residence.
Recalling the days, she told The Independent in a 2007 interview:
"That was the lowest of many low points."
However, after she won an Oscar nomination for "Sideways", life became easier. Offers started pouring in. Talking about how she changed things in her life, she said:
"It was me. I created the change in my life. I turned my life in a different direction and really started living with intention. Anyone can do that, and certainly some of the greatest minds in the world do it."
It's like what Jim Carrey did, standing on Mulholland Drive for night after night saying, 'I'm the biggest star in the world.' I always loved that story," she added.
