"Criminal Minds" season 11 will feature an episode where Dr. Spencer Reid will meet and date a lady who will turn out to be one of his worst nightmares ever.
"Criminal Minds" season 11 is going to have an unexpected twist as far as recent events for the BAU are concerned. According to Cinema Blend, Dr. Reid is going to be paired with a lovely lady by the name of Cat Adams (Aubrey Plaza) and he will take her out for a dinner date. But before fans can think that Reid finally found a love interest, Adams will turn out to be the "girlfriend from hell" material. While having dinner, she takes everyone in the restaurant hostage, including Reid. She tells her date that she knows where Reid is working and who his employers are.
It is not the first time that Reid has gotten involved with a woman with issues. The last time around that he tried to find a mate, he ended having to deal with a stalker who was after his girl. While some might think writers of "Criminal Minds" are too cruel on Reid, it is also the same with all the rest of the team. Hotch's wife was killed. A former team member of the BAU, Jason Gideon was found murdered. Callahan's daughter was kidnapped and more recently, Garcia is dealing with assassins to get her.
Meanwhile, in a recap by Entertainment Weekly of the show's last episode, the BAU is asked by the NSA to help solve a case that involves DEA agents. One turned up dead while two are reported missing. No less than the NSA Director Axelrod himself called Hotch to set up a meeting. The director shared information that the agents were last reported covering a drug cartel called "Liberta." Axelrod told Hotch that he suspects there is a traitor in the ranks of the DEA and he thinks its Assistant Director Bernard Graff. Hotch is hesitant to take the case but upon learning that doing so might also help them find and stop the hit men after Garcia, he agrees.
