Hunger Games’ Josh Hutcherson Drops $1.25 million on Studio City Home

Josh Hutcherson, the "Hunger Games" star, has reportedly dropped $1.25 million on a Studio City residence.

According to the Trulia Bog, the home is not really "celebrity material." It sits right on the roadside with nil privacy that a celebrity would need. The blog speculates that Hutcherson probably bought the residence for a family member. It could also be just another real estate investment.

Listing records of the home state that it is a three bedroom-two bathroom single-family house located in the Silver Triangle area of Studio City.

Interiors of the residence boast of hardwood floors, beamed ceiling sand French doors and windows.

Living space includes a formal living area with dining space. There is an upgraded modern kitchen with Carrera marble counter tops. Outside, the home has a pool, a garden and a small brick patio. The place has parking space as well.
