Josh Hutcherson, the "Hunger Games" star, has reportedly dropped $1.25 million on a Studio City residence.
According to the Trulia Bog, the home is not really "celebrity material." It sits right on the roadside with nil privacy that a celebrity would need. The blog speculates that Hutcherson probably bought the residence for a family member. It could also be just another real estate investment.
Listing records of the home state that it is a three bedroom-two bathroom single-family house located in the Silver Triangle area of Studio City.
Interiors of the residence boast of hardwood floors, beamed ceiling sand French doors and windows.
Living space includes a formal living area with dining space. There is an upgraded modern kitchen with Carrera marble counter tops. Outside, the home has a pool, a garden and a small brick patio. The place has parking space as well.

Hutcherson caught real estate headlines in 2012 after he purchased a Hollywood Hills home for $2.25 million that once belonged to famous talk show host Ellen DeGeneres and late Heath Ledger.
The home, which earned the moniker of "Tree House" for its amazing natural views, is a two bedroom-two bathroom residence.

While not dabbling in real estate, Hutcherson is busy shooting for "Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part Two" in Paris, France. The Daily Mail snapped some pictures of the whole Hunger games cast at work in the city of love.
Hutcherson along with co-stars Liam Hemsworth, Jennifer Lawrence and Natalie Dormer was seen dressed up in black boots, bullet-proof jackets and boiler suits. Many clutched on to weapons while Lawrence held a bow and arrow. The movie is slated to release November 21, 2014.
