"Clash of Clans" players are set to receive the massive update to the game so far and the latest sneak peek shows COC's new hero, Grand Warden, on defense mode.
In the preview video from Galadon, the Grand Warden is turned into a statue when the game goes on defense. Once the attack started and he turned into stone, his Life Aura is also activated. The other heroes and structures within the radius are going to receive hit point boosts. The Grand Warden's fires have a long range and with the damage he can make, he is not something to be ignored.
Watch the Grand Warden on defense mode below:
The previous sneak peek showed the Grand Warden on offense mode. He fights behind a troop, preferably those with higher hit points, and boosts their HP. This means that any troops within the radius of his Life Aura survive much longer than normal. Also, when his Eternal Tome ability is unlocked, the troops within the radius become immune for a certain period of time.
The Grand Warden is a veteran battle-scholar, with a max out level of 20. He can attack on both ground and air, which is great for whatever army composition and offense strategy the player wants. At level 20, this new hero has a damage per second of 110, hit points (HP) of 2,000. It takes 68 minutes to regenerate him. And he has an ability level of 4.
Moreover to the upcoming update, the Witches are now upgradable up to level and there are also two new achievements -- Anti-Artillery and Sharing Is Caring.
The first look on the Eagle Artillery and how the other defense structures would work is not yet available, which shall conclude the two-week sneak peek schedule. "Clash of Clans" update may immediately roll out after that.
