"General Hospital" spoilers on Monday, Dec. 7 from She Knows Soaps detail that the storyline involving Sam, Jason, Patrick and Liz will soon come to an end, as Sam will begin to figure out the lies that Liz has been keeping from Jason all along. Sam will confront Liz over her lies, but the latter will continue to pretend that she is innocent. Anna and Mac will also try to construct a plan to find out more dirty secrets about Paul.
On Tuesday, Dec. 8, GH spoilers reveal that Lulu will be asking for help from Johnny Z. Lulu is set on getting revenge from Valerie, after finding out that the latter sought out Dante when they were going through problems in their marriage. Sam, on the other hand, will also tell Jason what she knows about Liz.
GH spoilers on Wednesday, Dec. 9 hint that Jason will demand for answers from Liz after hearing the truth from Sam. Liz will finally come clean to Jason and will ask him for forgiveness, but the latter will decide to leave and seek his old friend, Sonny, for an advice.
