Are Selena Gomez and Niall Horan taking their friendship to the next level?
Eye witnesses reveal that Gomez and Horan were spotted smooching and getting close to each other at Jenna Dewan-Tatum's birthday bash in Los Angeles last December 4.
An insider told US Weekly, "Niall and Selena were seen kissing in the middle of the club, in front of everyone. They definitely seemed very close and like they were together. Niall got there first with his bodyguard, and next thing I know, I looked over and Selena was there. They were very close together, talking, whispering."
The insider also revealed that the two left the party together, "She grabbed his arm on the way out and held onto it."
Later, the One Direction star took to Twitter and shared a photo with the former Disney star along with some friends. Last Saturday, December 5, he tweeted, "LA squad." The snap was taken at Dewan-Tatum's birthday bash and showed Horan with his hand on Gomez's shoulder.
The party where Gomez and Horan were spotted together was a star-studded event. It wasn't only a birthday bash for Dewan-Tatum. It was actually a joint party for her and her best friend, actress Emmanuelle Chriqui and was thrown by their husbands Channing Tatum and Adrian Bellani.
A-listers such as Adam Levine, Behati Prinsloo, Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis, Jamie-Lynn Sigler, Jessica Alba, Cash Warren, Kevin Connolly, Jerry Ferrara, Mina Tobias and Lea Michele were all spotted at the event.
"Everyone was dancing all night," a second insider added. "Nothing else crazy happened, it was just a great time with lots of dancing and catching up."
Despite the possible romance brewing between Selena Gomez and Niall Horan, some sources are still asserting that Gomez's relationship with ex Justin Bieber "will continue and we shouldn't expect any end in sight" as the two are "addicted to the drama of it all."
