This week is full of surprises as new celebrity homes with all the top amenities and luxury features are being sold for outrageous prices. Check out the following properties from Billy Joel, Naomi Watts, Irina Shayk and Taraji P. Henson, an article from Architectural Digest reported.
Billy Joel's Manalapan properties
The "She's Always a Woman" singer has two properties in Manalapan, Florida, which are being sold for a combined $29 million. The singer brought these amazing parcels of land last year for $22 million and $6.5 million. What prompted the 66- year-old singer to sell his luxury Florida properties is still unknown but whatever it is, he is getting another property in the area listed! This time it's a 13,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style home with seven huge bedrooms. This property is listed for $19.95 million.
Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber's Amagansett home
This is a beautiful six-bedroom abode with seven-and-a-half bathrooms listed for $5.85 million. The 47-year-old actress and her partner lived in this Shingle Style house with their two children. This 6,100-square-foot property sits on two-thirds of an acre with landscaped yards, stunning party-ready outdoor area, a wonderful heated pool and a spacious pool house.
Taraji P. Henson's huge Los Angeles property
The "Empire" actress has listed her luxurious three-bedroom home in Los Angeles for $3.25 million. Taraji loves living in style and it has been reported that one of the home's four spacious bedrooms has been converted into the actress' private dressing room with a salon chair. This celebrity property has three fireplaces, an outdoor area with a hot tub and party seating and a wine cellar that could house up to 600 wine bottles!
Irina Shayk's New York Duplex
The lovely Russian model and actress is selling her 2,462-square-foot West Village duplex for $3.9 million. This luxury residence has two large bedrooms, high ceilings, a soaking tub and of course, a spacious shoe closet, just what a model needs! Irina purchased this property for $1.96 million in 2010.
