Anne Hathaway, the "Princess Diaries" actress, has reportedly put up her Brooklyn condo - the one that she used only to store her expensive clothes and shoes - for sale again with a reduced price tag of $4.25 million. This is her second attempt at selling the place.
While Hathaway did use it as a "cupboard", the home is spacious and has some amazing views of the Brooklyn Bridge and the cityscape.
Hathaway and her husband Adam Shulman never really moved into the house because the residence was too big for the two of them. The "Catwoman" bought the house in January 2013 for $4.1 million and her re-sale attempts are driving her to price it closer to her purchase cost.
She first listed it last September for $4.9 million, but took it off the market in December.
The residence is located in the Dumbo ("Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass") neighborhood - a rather metaphoric address for the house considering its inability to be sold off.
Listing records of the residence state that the home is a 2,592-square-feet home, comprising of three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Listing photos show beamed high ceilings, hardwood flooring and large glass windows that offer beautiful views of the city, the Brooklyn Bridge, the Statue of Liberty and also the Empire State Building. There is modern kitchen with a breakfast bar and a cozy sitting area. The open floor plan of the home makes the living space more attractive.
The floorplan shows that the spacious residence has a living room, two guest bedrooms and one master suite, an office, a laundry room and a kitchen. The house sits on the ninth floor of the 15-storey Clock Tower building, which offers concierge and doorman amenities, gym, laundry, storage and parking facilities as well.
The listing lies with Steven Gold and Christopher Wheelan of Town Residential, which describes the house as:
"Perched at the ideal elevation for panoramic views of the Brooklyn Bridge, Manhattan Bridge and Manhattan skyline, this newly renovated loft boasts a gracious corner layout with the most extraordinary views."

In September, Hathaway and Shulman were reportedly home hunting for a place in Brooklyn. But more recently, the couple were seen walking their dogs on the streets of Brooklyn, reports Daily Mail.
