"General Hospital" spoilers reveal that Elizabeth's (Rebecca Herbst) lies will be revealed as she confesses about it to her fiancé, Jason Morgan (Billy Miller).
Sam (Kelly Monaco) pays Liz a visit and pretends to know more in order to urge her to confess. She told Liz that Laura knows everything even if in truth Laura didn't say anything at all, ABC Spoilers reported.
Jason would then come back home and sees the two ladies arguing wherein he will hear Liz confessing the truth that she knew who Jason really was and merely kept that secret to him along with Nik (Tyler Christopher), Laura and Hayden (Rebecca Budig).
Knowing that Liz lied to him, Sam will go to Sonny (Maurice Benard) and ask for an advice. The two are seen comforting each other whenever they encounter some challenges. Sonny will also believe that he could win back Avery, We Love Soaps reported.
Meanwhile, the revelation of Liz might open the doors for Sam and Jason to reunite. There is a possibility that Sam will leave Patrick Drake (Jason Thompson) for Jason. Spoilers also reveal that Patrick will assure his daughter that he is getting married with Sam which might not happen in the future. While, Emma (Brooklyn Rae Silzer) will surely end up getting hurt the most.
From the start, Liz and Sam had always been quarrelling due to their feelings for Jason Morgan. Although the two got along for a while during the time when they assumed that Jason was dead. When they learned that Jake Doe is actually Jason, things begun to change.
In upcoming episodes, Sam and Jason will be consulting an attorney but it seems that Sam isn't ready to part ways with Jason yet. She tells Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) about how she feels and Alexis told her that it would mean that she has to leave Patrick.
Rumors reveal that Elizabeth will get pregnant with Jason's second child but this may not be true. It is also said that Patrick will meet his ex-wife Robin (Kimberly McCullough) and will leave Port Charles with her since actor Jason Thompson who plays the role of Patrick will exit the show.
