Jane Fonda, the famous actress-turned-author, has listed her ranch in Albuquerque, N.M., for $19.5 million.
The Wall Street Journal broke the news of the sale, noting that the listing lies with Mike Swan of Swan Land Company. Fonda purchased the ranch in 2000, just after she separated from her ex-husband Ted Turner.
Speaking about the ranch, Fonda said in statement cited by The Journal that the ranch "has been a sanctuary and a place of great joy and recreation for me and my family."
Fonda also added that she was selling the estate because she is not able to spend much time there due to her busy schedule and various changes in life.
The ranch was also featured in the March 2014 issue of The Architectural Digest.
"When I was married to Ted, I did a lot of fly-fishing, and I knew I would miss it. And here I was looking at land along a trout river," Fonda recalled of the property for the publication.
"The moment I stepped on the property I knew I was home - its sheer beauty made my hair stand on end," she added.
The ranch, called the "Forked Lightning Ranch", is a rough 2,300-acre property, about 25 miles away from Santa Fe. The equestrian ranch has a 9,585-square-feet Spanish colonial style River House that sits on the banks of the famous River Pecos. The home has five bedrooms and six bedrooms, along with a kitchen garden and a large outdoor swimming pool.
There are two other properties on the ranch - a 2,125-square-feet guest house nicknamed the "Hacienda" and another 3,409-square-feet log cabin - that were renovated by the Oscar-winning actress. There is a full-fledged horse barn too.
"The Ranch is utilized as Fonda's personal sanctuary where she enjoys fly fishing and horseback riding on the miles of trails within the Ranch," the listing states. See the pictures of the beautiful ranch, here.
Fonda also has a home in Beverly Hills that she and her boyfriend Richard Perry purchased in 2012. She sold off her Hollywood Hills house that year.
More recently, "the China Syndrome" actress received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Film Institute for her outstanding contribution to Hollywood cinema, reports Fox News.
