Irina Shayk, a Russian model who has appeared in the cover of Sports Illustrated and has dated soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo, has placed her West Village duplex on the market for $3.99 million.
The 2,462-square-foot apartment is beautifully nestled in a glass condo at 166 Perry St. near the West Side Highway. The duplex has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living/dining space, an entertainment room, an office, a laundry room, and a powder room. The walk-in closet measures 150 square feet and is bigger than the second bedroom, as reported by the New York Post news.
The bombshell model bought the 29-year-old apartment in 2010 for $1.96 million.
Shayk has walked the runway for some of the most famous names in fashion, such as Armani Exchange, Lacoste and Guess, and she has also appeared in publications, from Vogue to Harper's Bazaar.
The Jacky Teplitzky team from Douglas Elliman has listed the property.
Once the Sports Illustrated supermodel will be vacating her condo on Perry Street, the West Village neighborhood will lose one of its pretty residents.
The Observer news said Shayk bought the 2,462-square foot apartment unit in 2010 for $1.96 million, when she was dating soccer superstar Cristiano Rolando of Real Madrid, whom she met during their campaign for Armani Exchange.
Five years later, Shayk met a new boyfriend in Bradley Cooper, and she must have decided to get a new apartment. Or maybe she was inspired to upgrade, upon learning that Cristiano Ronaldo had purchased a new $18.5 million Trump Tower pad. Either way, she is now looking for a buyer of her two-bedroom and 1.5-bath loft.
The glassy Asymptote-designed building where the apartment of Shayk is located, has 12-foot ceilings, wide plank oak flooring, and is described as a "seductive" spot. The listing of the property is shared by Jacky Teplitzky, Jacques Cohen, William Martin and Geraldine Dayan at Douglas Elliman.
Since there were no photos included in the listing, the buyer has to take their word for how seductive the apartment is.
