William P. Getty, grandson of oil magnate Jean Paul Getty, has reportedly listed his home in San Francisco for $15.99 million.
The Realtor Blog broke the news of the listing claiming that the large mansion is being represented by Neal A. Ward of McGuire Real Estate.
Listing records of the home state that the mansion spans an area of 8,675 square feet and comprises of four bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
Located in the Pacific Heights neighborhood, the residence was built in 1912 and underwent renovations to stand in its current glory.
Interiors of the house feature light hardwood and tiled flooring, high vaulted ceilings and a mix of large glass and French windows. The spacious rooms provide easy indoor-outdoor access. There are carved wooden pillars around the house, which give it a sophisticated charm.
A formal foyer opens into a gallery that has a sweeping marble staircase that leads up to the upper level. The main level has a living room, a formal dining area, a sitting area, a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar. The upper level has a master bedroom and an office. There are balconies that offer panoramic views of the bay and the Golden Gate Bridge.
Outside, the home has a cozy garden and a four-car parking garage.
