Charlie Sheen was reported to have denied ex-fiancee Brett Rossi's claims that he forced her to have an abortion.
Rossi sued the actor for "assault and battery, emotional distress, false imprisonment and negligence" last week. The porn star allegedly claimed that the "Anger Management" actor forced her to get an abortion because he did not want her to have "retarded children" as a result of his HIV. "He did not want his child to have his blood type (i.e., HIV-Positive)." A report from Jezebel.com said.
From an insider who says that Sheen knows that this was a complete lie, "Charlie believes the entire baby claim was a total lie... Did she ever even have an abortion? She left Charlie's house one morning-came back a few hours later- and announced to Charlie that she'd had an abortion. There was no paperwork, no receipt, or no discussion beforehand. It's suspicious."
On a recent article from Us Magazine, the "Two and a Half Men" actor calls Rossi an "extortionist" and a "prostitute." These were from original court documents that were filed December 7, Monday by the actor's lawyers. Along with these statements, the 50-year-old actor also mentioned that he denies that he forced her ex to undergo abortion.
The reports also reveal that Rossi was initially aware that Shen had HIV before they had sex. It also described Rossi's coming out at the Today Show as a way to get money from Sheen. The actor's lawyers also said that Rossi has attempted to extort millions from the actor by disclosing his medical records even if she signed a confidentiality agreement.
"Rossi is banking on the fact that Sheen will pay her millions of dollars to avoid the negative publicity surrounding this action," the actor said in his documents. Rossi was "well aware of Sheen's medical condition" and "was the one who insisted upon having unprotected sex with Sheen."
Sheen also claims that his ex-fiancee had other partners during the time of their relationship. And since she was a porn star by occupation she's had "hundreds, if not thousands of sexual partners" which could have exposed her to sexually transmitted diseases..
Still from the documents submitted by Sheen's lawyers, Rossi "wants revenge" and to "punish Sheen for breaking off their engagement . . . and cutting her off financially." It was also noted that the actor never abused his partner while they were together.
"He never kicked, choked, dragged, shook, or struck Rossi, and he never threatened to kill her or forced her to have an abortion, as she wildly alleges," the document also revealed. "In fact, Rossi told Sheen that she was taking birth control pills during the entire course of their relationship," the Us Magazine report concluded.
