Helen Hunt, the "Mad About You" star, has reportedly managed to unload her Upper West Side, New York City, co-op unit for $2.58 million.
Hunt listed the place in 2011 for $2.75 million. Failing to find a buyer for the pad, she gave the price tag a discount re-listing it for $2.69 million.
Hunt, in 2006, paid $2.43 million for the ho-hum residence. According to the New York Daily News, Jon Capobianco of the Corcoran Group represented the listing. After buying the house, Hunt renovated it completely. She mainly used it as a pied-à-terre.
Listing records of the home state that the house is a 2,000-square-feet three bedroom-three bathroom co-op unit that perches on the sixth floor of the 12-storey building located at 320 West 86th Street.
The structures at 310 and 320 West 86th Street were converted into co-op units from rentals in 1981.
The floor plan at Streeteasy shows that the entrance of the house opens into a foyer that leads to the living room in the front. To the right of the foyer is the large dining area and on the left, there is a bedroom. The dining area opens into an eat-in, open plan kitchen, which in turn leads to the second bedroom facing the south. The master suite is right beside the dining area and has walk-in closets.
Photos of the house show drywall ceilings, hardwood flooring and custom cabinetry in the kitchen.

The building at 320 West 86th Street offers full-service, 24-hour doorman, porters and a live-in superintendent service. Bike parking, storage and laundry are some of its other amenities.
Helen Hunt lives in California with her partner Matthew Carnahan and their daughter, Makena. Hunt has been with Carnahan since 2001 after she split with her ex-husband Hank Azaria, the Smurfs actor.
While Hunt just sold off her New York City pied-à-terre, Azaria recently purchased an Upper West Side condo for $9.2 million. Read more on the property here.
