Warriors Improve To 22-0 With Their Win Over The Nets

The rematch between Golden State and Nets seems to be heading in the different direction. The rematch game gives Warriors a chance to win over the Nets with Stephen Curry's electrifying flurries and shots.

Stephen Curry scored 16 out of his 28 points in the third quarter of the game which made the Team Warriors to ran their  NBA - record start to 22 - 0. They beat Brooklyn with the score of 114-98 on Sunday night.

"Just trying to see if I could get some room and figure out a way to impact the game, and things started to click," Curry said in the interview with the CBC.

Curry had a puzzling night when he missed the first three free throws. But the unexpected happened when he helped the Warriors regain control over the opponent which nearly beat them in this season. With Curry in the Warriors, the team is quite capable of finishing the game with a winning smile.

"That's what great players can do. Plus, he has a great team. Last night he had 44. Two nights ago when they were in Charlotte he had 43. When he needs to he can and when he doesn't need to he takes a backseat to those guys," Nets coach Lionel Hollins said.

Holling also added that Curry from the Warriors doesn't have to go out in the game and do it all the time. He scored 11 points and passed a lob for Festus Ezili's slam in the 15 - 4 run at the end of the third quarter.

Draymond Green also added 22 points from his nine rebounds and seven assists. Other players like Klay Thompson scored 21 that made the team won their 26th in a row in the overall regular season. There was 3:10 left in the third quarter and Warriors were already ahead 9 points in the early fourth quarter.

Coach Luke Walton said that it is one of the biggest strengths is the fact that they were never out of the game and they are always one little run away from putting a game away. According to NBA, the Warriors have gained a record tying the 1969 - 70 New York Knicks for having a good start at 12 - 0.
