Brooke D’Orsay Sells Hollywood Hills West Home for $2.16 Million

Brooke D'Orsay, the "Royal Pains" star who also played Walden's love interest on popular sitcom "Two and a Half Men," has reportedly sold her home in Hollywood Hills West for $2.16 million.

The Los Angeles Times broke the news of the sale noting that Greg Holcomb and Mark Rutstein of Partners Trust Realty were the listing agents. Public records show that the home was listed for $2.49 million in April this year. By May, the home had received several offers but the transaction closed only June 17th for the price.

D'Orsay and her boyfriend Greg Coolidge bought the residence for $2.009 million in 2006. It was offered for rent asking $12,000 a month last year.

Situated just off Mulholland Drive and a few miles away from the Runyon Canyon, the home offers beautiful views of the city and the ocean as well.

The residence is a 2,429-square-feet place with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, sitting on a 0.51 acre lot. Built in 1954, the home features modern architecture with complete hardwood flooring and huge floor to ceiling windows. The single-family home has a living room, a dining area, a family room, a master bedroom and a laundry as well.

Outside, the place has a block-stone waterfall-pond feature. The home also has two covered parking spaces.

The home is quite energy efficient as well. The listing description claimed:

"Features include three fireplaces, hardwood floors, Control 4 Automation, direct access from the absolutely immaculate garage (with electric car chargers), solar power, a fantastic kitchen with indoor bbq grill and a sumptuous master suite you won't ever want to leave."

D'Orsay likes to keep things clean and green. In an interview with mnn.com, she said:

"I drive a Prius. I always turn my faucets off. I never use plastic bottles anymore. I use glass bottles. I bring my own bags to the grocery store. And I try to use all natural shampoos and facial products."

Meanwhile, her "Two and a Half Men" co-star Walden a.k.a. Ashton Kutcher recently listed his Hollywood Hills home and bought a Beverly Hills home with fiance Mila Kunis. They are expecting a baby soon.
