Matt Leinart Lists Manhattan Beach Home for $2.05 Million

Matt Leinart, the former USC quarterback, who went on to play in the NFL, has reportedly listed his home in Manhattan Beach, Calif., for $2.05 million.

Leinart purchased the place in January 2012 for $1.45 million, just two months after he entered free agency. The Heisman-trophy winner moved from Houston, Texas to the area at that time.

The Los Angeles Times broke news of the listing noting that the ex Arizona Cardinals player owns another property in the Huntington Beach area. Jack Cummings of Shorewood Realtors is representing the listing.

According to the public records, the house spans an area of 2,135 square feet and is comprised of three bedrooms and three bathrooms spread over three stories. The water-front property features French doors and windows, hardwood flooring and drywall ceilings.

Living spaces include a great room and each of the floors has one bedrooms suite. There are two Jacuzzis in the house. A spiral staircase connects all the three floors and there are several decks and patios as well. A small turf yard sits in the front of the property.

Meanwhile, Leinart's son with former girlfriend Brynn Cameron , a USC basketball player, recently completed his first grade. The proud father posted on twitter:

Earlier in May, Leinart was spotted having some fun time with actress girlfriend Josie Loren at the Villa del Palmar resort in California. The couple was celebrating their anniversary there.
