The midseason finale episode of 'iZombie' will be intense as Liv has to decide whether to grant or not Blaine’s request to turn someone into a zombie.
The synopsis for the episode teases that a high school shop teacher that has become a vigilante crime fighter and named ‘The Fog’ by night, is murdered. Meanwhile, Major [Robert Buckley] engages in an eye-opening conversation with his new friend. And it seems that Blaine will be forcing Liv to do the unthinkable. "
The promotional video for the episode 9 of iZombie Season 2 teases how Blaine (David Anders) and his crew pays a visit to King County Medical Examiner's Office where Liv (Rose McIver) and Ravi (Rahul Kohli) work. In spite of the popular belief that they will be looking for trouble, the group from Shady Plots Funerary has other agendum for their visit. They seek for Liv’s affirmation for the favor they are going to ask from her.
"Scratch him, and you will have hope of a cure," Blaine tells Liv.
Blaine is asking for Liv to turn a dying man into a zombie. She does not know the guy they are referring to, but it seems that it is possible for Liv to grant the request as it will not only save a man’s life, but also her own.
Liv may have to think deeper as to what she will do with the request. However, whether Liv will help the man who is responsible for her current condition is the question that can be answered by the midseason finale only.
"iZombie" midseason finale will air on Tuesday, Dec. 8, at 9 p.m. on The CW.
