Megan Fox and Brian Austin Greene Move to $3.35 Million Toluca Lake Home

Megan Fox, the "Transformers" actress, and her actor husband Brian Austin Greene have moved up to a $3.35 million home in Toluca Lake, Calif., just after they listed their Los Feliz home.

The Trulia Blog broke the news of the sale noting that the celebrity couple closed on the home June 10, 2014.

The residence is reportedly a spacious 6,710-square-feet mansion, comprising of four bedrooms and six bathrooms. Interiors feature paneled hardwood flooring, soaring ceilings and large glass slider doors and floor-to-ceiling windows. The open floor plan gives the interiors a very contemporary look.

Living space includes a large living room and a dining area. The gourmet kitchen has a granite mid-rise island. The master suite has separate 'his and her' dressing rooms. There is a game room, a den and library as well.

Outside, the home has a large saltwater pool and a fire pit. There is a separate pool house that has its own bathroom and kitchen! There is ample recreation area outside and separate parking is available as well. The home is a large compound, ideal for a growing family like theirs.

Fox and Greene welcomed baby boy Bodhi Greene Ransom in February this year. They already have a one-and-a-half-year-old son Noah. They are also parents to 12-year-old Kassius, Greene's son with his ex-partner Vanessa Marcii.

Speaking about her growing family, Fox told People Magazine, "I think Noah is going to be an amazing big brother with time."

But, she also admitted that she feels guilty about not being able to give equal time to the two boys. In a separate interview with Parenting.com, she revealed:

"It's hard because I don't feel like I'm ever giving either one of them 100% of my attention or 100% of myself, so I carry a lot of guilt."

"Do they each understand how special they are and how much I love them? It's hard to make each one feel like an individual when you have to raise them together and manage them together all of the time," she added.

Meanwhile, Fox and Greene's Los Feliz residence is up for grabs for $3.9 million. Records state that the residence is a 5,385-square feet, double-level, single-family home; which comprises of four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Sitting on a prime 0.3-acre lot, the house offers panoramic views of the city from its large patios. Check out the property here.
