Reggie Bush, the Detroit Lions running back, has reportedly sold his Hollywood Hills home for $5.7 million.
Bush listed the place in April last year and not only hired Jordan Cohen of Re/Max Olson and Associates to represent the home, but was marketing it himself.
Bush reportedly purchased the home in 2007 for $4.7 million. He tried selling the house for a few years re-listing it for $5.09 million previously, but in vain. However, in April - after he hired Cohen - the agent's expertise came in handy and Bush was over the moon for being able to sell it for such a great price.
The star player took to Twitter to thank Cohen.
Not forgetting to promote the agent as well.
"If you want to sell your home quick or find a home @JordanCohen21 is the man to see!!" Bush tweeted.
Called the "Sunset Strip Estate", the contemporary residence is a one-of-a-kind packed with modern amenities. The residence has a website dedicated to it, which reveals luxury features of the approximately 4,800-square-feet three-storey residence.
The modern home has airy interiors with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and slider doors, mixed flooring and drywall ceilings. Comprising of three bedrooms and five full and one half bathrooms, the residence has a private theater and a library. The top-most floor is home to the master suite with separate his/her bathrooms. The home has been recently renovated and sports brand new finishes.
Outside, the home has a pool with a spa, green lawns, a BBQ center and a dog run as well.
The listing described the home as a "Striking modern Sunset Strip Estate! Explosive unobstructed city Light views of Los Angeles! Remodeled with the highest of quality finishes! End of cul-de-sac location!"
While Bush just sold away his Hollywood Hills home, he recently returned from Australia where he was promoting the NFL's latest global initiative. His fiancé Lilit Avagyan also accompanied him and the couple looked totally in love. They have a baby girl, Briseis, together.
