Sheldon just scored a home sale!
Jim Parsons, the Emmy-winning comedic actor who is best known for his role as "Sheldon Cooper" in the super hit sitcom "Big bang Theory", has reportedly managed to sell off his starter home in Los Feliz for $1.57 million.
The Trulia Blog broke the news of the sale.
Parsons listed the place soon after he moved into Twilight Star Robert Pattinson's Los Feliz residence with his partner Todd Spiewak. He paid $6.3 million for the home.
Parson's starter home was first listed for $1.8 million in January this year with Keller Williams Realty. However, the home failed to find a buyer over a few months so he gave the home a price chop and listed it with Juliette Hohnen of Hilton and Hyland, who described the place as, "Sort of the perfect house for an up-and-coming celebrity, which is what he was when he bought the house," referring to Parson's starter days, according to The Wall Street Journal.
The home is a 2,827-square-feet single family house, with three bedrooms and two full-two half bathrooms.
The two-storey residence has dark, hardwood flooring with drywall ceilings and large floor-to-ceiling glass windows.
Interiors include a large living room, a modest gym, a huge dressing room, a separate dining area and a swanky eat-in kitchen.
Outside, the house has a small garden area with seating. A large wooden balcony on the upper floor offers panoramic views of the area. The garden and courtyard is where Parsons held his parties. He in fact celebrated his 40th birthday in the house.
The listing described the place as a "serene home" that was "priced to sell, this one is not to be missed."

Parsons shot to fame with his role in "Big Bang Theory." The sitcom has had excellent ratings and viewership all around the world. It got renewed for three more seasons but word has it that season "10" would be the end.
Talking about the Sheldon's character, Parsons recently said in an interview:
"The show's creators and writers created a character that's unique on television and I'm taking no credit for that. I don't even think about that or I wouldn't be able to play it properly. Sheldon has something broken about him, which I think endears him to a lot of people."
