A preview video full of drama has been released for the all new episodes of "Teen Mom" Season 5, renamed as "Teen Mom OG."
MTV teases that the four young mothers - Maci, Amber, Farrah and Catelynn - will experience "brand-new life developments like never before" and fans "haven't seen anything quite like these highs and lows."
The trailer video features Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra, both 23, finally saying their "I do's." But before the big day, an emotional and teary Catelynn was shown telling Tyler, "I'm nervous. Some people get married and everything changes." Her cold feet might have something to do with postpartum depression.
Tyler's dad, Butch Baltierra, is also out of prison after four years.
Maci Bookout wants to go down the aisle as well her live-in boyfriend Taylor McKinney, unfortunately they are not even engaged yet. In the clip, she says, "I want to be his wife. Make me your wife."
Meanwhile, Amber Portwood is having some arguments with her ex Gary Shirley about their daughter Leah's custody.
Same old Farrah Abraham lashes out at her mother, Debra Danielson, while holding her daughter Sophia who's covering her ears with all the shouting. "Keep crying and creating a scene," Farrah told her mother.
"I'm hurt," Debra says in between tears.
Farrah says, "If you wanna talk then f****** learn how to talk."
Then the six-year-old Sophia throws a ball at her grandmother and says, "I'm mad at you."
Elsewhere, they visited the grave of Farrah's ex and she got into tears when Sophia asks, "Is daddy watching us?"
And at the end of the clip, Farrah was fuming as she screams at an executive producer, "I don't need to be a part of a trashy ass show anymore because I make millions of dollars doing other s---."
"What a dumb twisted motherfucker," she adds.
"Teen Mom OG" premieres on Monday, Jan. 4, 2016 10 p.m. on ET.
