Yes, Swett - a small town located in Bennett County, southeast of Rapid City, South Dakota, is up for sale for $399,000, Rapid City Journal reports.

The unincorporated town is listed with Stacie Montgomery of Lewis Kirkeby Hall partner of Coldwell Banker. Lance Benson, the owner of the town said that he is selling because he wants to focus on his core business of travelling concessions.

Benson told the publication that he is selling the town with a heavy heart because he loves the place and added that if he doesn't find a buyer within a year, he will keep it.

In the 1940s, Swett was little populated with about 40 residents, a few houses, a tavern, a post office and a grocery store. However, over the years, the residents moved away and its ownership changed a few time before Benson bought it in 1998.

He handed the town over to his ex-wife in a divorce, but reclaimed it in 2012. Benson is married again now and lives with his new wife beside the Swett Tavern along with their dog "Daisy." They are the only residents there.
