Jack Osbourne, "The Osbournes" star - son of Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne, has reportedly shelled out $3.2 million for a high-security, high-style home in Studio City, Los Angeles.
News of the new home purchase comes after Jack just sold off his Los Feliz home for $2.8 million. He and his wife Lisa Stelly purchased the home in 2011 for $500,000, lesser than what it sold. The couple was still engaged when they bought the property. He renovated the home after he purchased it.
After selling that property, the Osbourne family moved to the gated area and this seems like a complete upgrade considering the size and luxury. TMZ broke the news of the sale noting that the residence is just a couple of miles away from the home used in the reality show "Big Brother."
Listing records of the home show that the residence was listed for $3.39 million, which means the couple scored a slight discount on the deal.
The home is stuffed with several luxury amenities and is a multi-winged, two-storey house. Spanning an area of 5,614 square feet, the residence has five bedrooms and six bathrooms.
Exclusive features of the house include light regulation functions, 16 exterior and interior cameras and climate control systems as well. Interiors of the home boast of hardwood flooring, soaring drywall ceilings and French windows and doors.
There is a wine cellar, a media room, an office and a eat-in kitchen apart from the living spaces that include the drawing, dining and family rooms.
The home has a pool and garden in the backyard along with ample parking space.
The listing of the home described the place as:
"Brand new gated Cape Cod estate on corner lot w/ salt water pool & spa. Office, media room, wine room, soaring ceilings, front & back staircases, extravagant chandeliers & light fixtures throughout. Huge dining room & butler's pantry."

Late last year, Jack sold a two-bedroom condo in the Hollywood building. While not many details about the deal were divulged, sources told TMZ that it went through relatively quickly, the residence's views reportedly sealed the deal for Jack.
Jack shot to fame with his stint on "The Osbournes" starting in 2002. He went on to host fitness and travel shows and appeared in the 17th season of "Dancing with the Stars." He came in third on the show despite struggling with relapsing remitting multiple sclerosis.
More recently, in an interview for the Dr.Oz show, Jack revealed that eating right has made his battle with the chronic disease much easier.
"Diet is a big thing. I am a firm believer in you are what you eat. I juice a lot, and I try to stick to a Paleo diet."
"I look at MS as inflammation, so I try and eliminate foods that cause inflammation, like dairy, gluten and grains," he added.
Since then, the chubby TV personality has lost about 70 pounds and is now showing off a much slimmer physique.
