Kyle Richards, one of the famous housewives of the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" fame, has reportedly purchased a vacation retreat in La Quinta, Los Angeles, for $2.35 million.
Richards purchased the residence with her realtor husband Mauricio Umansky in late April. Umansky is a co-founder of "The Agency", a famous real estate brokerage.
Listing records of the home state that the Mediterranean style, single-family house is comprised of six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms - spread across an area of 5,843 square feet.
The multi-winged luxury residence is the perfect vacation place as it has big open spaces for ample recreation. Richards has four children and the spacious house would give her daughters enough place to play around in.
Living spaces include a large formal living area and dining space set in an open floor plan. There is an ultra-modern kitchen where the family can whip up their best delicacies. A billiards room and a study provide for both work and play environments respectively. The bedrooms have fireplaces and large walk-in closets.
Outside, there is a swimming pool with a spa and the home is fit with a custom stereo system with speakers both inside and outside. There are 10 TV sets fixed in the house. A casta and outdoor fireplace are also a part of this property.
The listing of the home lay with Janine Stevens of Windermere Real Estate. Umansky represented the family in the transaction.
