There is another member in the Duggar family that the public has noticed.
Jana Duggar is the eldest daughter in the Duggar Family. According to Design and Trend, she is unmarried and does not have children unlike her two younger sisters Jill and Jessa. As the eldest in the family, taking care of her siblings are one of things expected of her. Now, it has been reported that she is also helping out in taking care of her two newly born nephews.
According to Christian Post, Jana is also helping Anna Duggar take care of Brother Josh's baby while he is tucked away in a faith-based rehab getting treatment after publicly admitting his addiction for sex and his involvement with cheating website Ashley Maddison. While there is completely nothing wrong with being experienced in childcare, but Jana seems to be taking so much family responsibilities that she couldn't seem to live her own life.
Now the Duggar fans are gathered in support for the eldest Duggar daughter and have begun criticizing the way parents Jim Bob and Michelle and the rest of the family treat her. First it has been known that none of the Duggar girls have received college education. And when Jana told her parents that she wanted to go to a Christian college, Jim Bob and Michelle reportedly did not take it well.
According to In touch Weekly, a source has told OK! magazine that Jana's parents actually wanted her to take the "traditional" road like her sisters Jessa and Jill, who have started their own families at such young ages.
"Jana just turned 25, so she knows she needs to get on with her education if she doesn't want to be stuck at her mom and dad's house in Arkansas forever," a source told OK!. "She told her parents that she was looking at Christian colleges and would be applying soon."
Meanwhile in Radar, a source has given more details as to how Jana is being treated in the Duggar household. "It's absolutely ridiculous how much the family makes Jana and the older siblings do," the Radar source said. "Jim Bob and Michelle have totally transitioned a lot of their parental responsibilities onto her.
"Ever since she was young, she's had to watch over the house while Jim Bob and Michelle would go out for date night alone."
The source also added, "She looks so tired and worn down sometimes. You can't help but feel bad for her, having to take on all that responsibility at a young age. It's like she's been a parent ever since she was 13!"
So now, the fans are urging Jana to give up some responsibilities that she has assumed and go to college or start living her own life.
