Sheryl Crow, the "Soak Up the Sun" hitmaker, has reportedly snapped up three river-front parcels of land near Nashville, Tenn., for a combined amount of $650,000.
The Real Estalker confirms the news of the purchase citing trustworthy sources from Celebrity Address Aerial. The three parcels reportedly span a total of 15.84 acres and also include a barn or farm-utility home. An L-shaped boat dock is also included in the purchase.
Not much intel on the deal is available as of yet save a few aerial snaps of the lots. You can see them here.
This is not Crow's first property in the area. The nine-time Grammy winner also has a 51-acre ranch, which is up for sale with a $3.8 million price tag.
Crow has been trying to sell off the place for about three years now. The large estate (the 147 acres) was first listed in 2010 for $7.5 million. However, failing to sell over a year, the price was reduced to $4.5 million and the lot size was also cut down to the current 51 acres. Apparently, 147 acres was too large to sell in one deal.
According to property records, the current asking price is inclusive of a 10,433-square-feet main residence, a 14-stall horse barn, an outdoor pool and an indoor arena. The rest 96 acres and a guesthouse are being sold separately.

Crow is not only having trouble selling her Nashville ranch, but is also struggling to unload her estate in Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles. She recently dropped the asking price of the three-home compound to $11 million in April, this year.
The main house comprises of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms that have all undergone renovation. The other unit on the property is a 3 bedroom-3 bathroom cottage that Crow used as a guest house. Another sprawling 2 bedroom-2 bathrooms bungalow has brilliant white oak flooring.
