"Fifty Shades Darker" star Jamie Dornan recently talked about BDSM and said that he doesn't have any issue with it.
In the film, Dornan plays the role of Christian Grey, a wealthy executive who also happens to be a dominant in bed. During an interview with GQ UK, Dornan said that he is a liberal person who doesn't judge a person based on whether or not he is a submissive or a dominant.
The actor added that it is the very reason why he is appalled with some people who say that women who are submissive are being sexually abused. Dornan said that there are also some men who are submissive, and there's really no issue with that.
Meanwhile, the former model also talked about his role in the upcoming "Fifty Shades of Grey" sequel. Dornan revealed that he actually spent some time in a dungeon so that he could give his character some justice.
"In the course of researching this character, I have seen the reality very closely. I can tell you from an alarmingly first-hand perspective it's not altogether sexy. But I've been in a dungeon with a lukewarm beer while a dominant has had some fun with his submissive and it was very playful and jovial and not at all dark and serious. There was a lot of laughter," he shared.
In other news, Dornan shared that he had to wear a flesh-colored bag to cover up his man parts while filming his scenes on "Fifty Shades of Grey."
"As a guy you put all your essentials in a little bag and you tie it up like a little bag of grapes and it's tucked away. It's quite a peculiar thing to do every day," he said.
In other news, Dornan will star alongside Dakota Johnson in "Fifty Shades Darker" and "Fifty Shades Freed." According to Design & Trend, both films will be shot simultaneously.
"Fifty Shades Darker" will be released on Feb. 10, 2017.
