Rumors have it that Jennifer Aniston, the "FRIENDS" star, is quietly looking for a buyer for her Bel Air mansion.
Citing trustworthy sources, The Real Estalker (via Variety) is reporting that the actress and her fiancé Justin Theroux are shopping their home around with a $40 million price tag and is only showing it to pre-qualified buyers.
The property website informs that Aniston purchased the property for $20.97 million in early 2012 and spent millions renovating it.
The pad is a classic A. Quincy Jones-designed home boasting of contemporary architecture. The home is a multi-winged 8,000-square-feet residence, comprising of four bedrooms and six full and one half bathroom, sitting on a prime 3.5 acre lot. Below are some of the renovations made to the home:

-Remodeled a kitchen and a bathroom (but no structural changes)
- Relocated a staircase
- A new floor added to make a new living quarters
-The pool/spa was also redesigned
-The pool house was redesigned too.

Apart from the aforementioned changes, the soon-to-wed couple apparently installed a deck and added other mundane stuff like sprinklers and pond pumps. They also installed a chicken coup in the backyard and have been gifting "freshly laid eggs" to friends.
"We make egg baskets for friends and give them to people," Theroux announced at the "Live With Kelly and Michael" show.
Aniston also added a real, full-fledged runway to the residence, just so she could usher her private jet at any time and fly off to be with her beau, when she misses him!
