Want a bite of Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills? Yes, and they mean it literally, and they hired Josh Flagg of "Million Dollar Listing" to make that possible, Luxury Daily reports.

The luxury hotel launched a charity campaign for Toys for Tots Foundation of the United States Marine Corps Reserve that hope to bring joy to needy children in the country through gifts this holiday season. Federico Fernandez, the luxury hotel's pastry chef, was given the important task to create an exact replica of the property made of chocolate as well as 20 gingerbread mansions. Participants are invited to purchase the edible real estate to generate funds that will be given to the said foundation.

The property recreation was done meticulously that it took weeks to complete and comes with details like the hotel pool as well as miniature guest vehicles that are waiting outside the lobby.

One room can be reserved for the amount of $550 and the gingerbread mansions are at $5000 each. Those who are interested to "invest" in the delicious estate can transact through the hotel's front desk.

It was just fit to get a real estate agent to make the campaign possible

"When we first conceived the idea of building an over-the-top chocolate and gingerbread hotel and selling off confectionery real estate to raise money for Toys for Tots, we knew we had to enlist a superstar agent. My first call was to top Beverly Hills real estate agent and star of Bravo's Million Dollar Listing Josh Flagg, who graciously agreed to help us in our cause," says general manager Michael Newcombe.
