NHL Star Brad May Wants $979,000 for Arizona Home (VIDEO TOUR)

Brad May, the ice hockey star who won the Stanley Cup in the 2006-07 season with the Anaheim Ducks, has reportedly put his home in Scottsdale, Arizona, for a little under $1 million - at $979,000.

The Realtor Blog broke the news of the listing noting that Jay Mackin at Re/Max Platinum Living is representing the house.

Public records of the home show that May purchased the home in September 2000 for $785,000. The home was once listed for sale in 2008 for an undisclosed price, but was de-listed after a year on the market.

It was listed again in 2011 for an unknown price and de-listed in 2012 after failing to find a buyer. But looks like May believes in third time's a charm!

The home, which was listed July 10, is a 3,598-square-feet single-family residence, comprising of four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms.

The price of the home seems quite reasonable for the amenity-laden residence. Interiors boast of stone tiled and carpeted flooring, large glass windows and slider doors and high ceilings.

Living spaces of the home include a living area with a fireplace, a modern kitchen with granite counter-tops and breakfast area. There is a separate dining space and a children's playroom. The master suite is divided into two and has huge walk-in-closets. The master bath has an elevated Jacuzzi tub.

Outside, the home has a pool with a spa, a barbecue area on a manicured lawn and a putting green too!

The listing describes the place as:

"This property sits on a very private Cul-De-Sac and offers City light & mountain views as well as some pretty amazing features for the value!"

"Dont miss the opportunity to be within walking distance to all that DC Ranch offers," it adds.
