Natasha Bedingfield Lists Los Feliz Residence for $3.4 Million

Natasha Bedingfield, the English singer-songwriter, is reportedly selling her home in Los Feliz for $3.4 million.

The Trulia Blog broke the news of the listing. Andrew Mortaza of Best Core Group is the listing agent.

Property records show that Bedingfield purchased the place for $2.3 million in 2009. The listing of the house calls it an "architectural gem" sitting in the gated, private Laughlin Park community.

The single-family residence spans an area of 4,972 square feet and has five bedrooms and five bathrooms.

The room interiors of the home feature drywall ceilings, mixed hardwood and carpeted flooring and large fllor-to-ceiling glass windows and slider doors. The house exudes serenity with its open floor plan and easy indoor-outdoor access.

Living spaces include a formal drawing room, multiple sitting areas, a gym, two modern kitchens with pink counter-tops and breakfast bars. The master suite has a huge walk-in-closet and steam shower in the master bath. There is a den, an office, a theater and open balconies and patios.

Outside, the two-storey residence has a large pool with a spa and waterfall features and a three-car parking garage as well.

The listing claims:

"Rarely does a home this perfectly done come on the market. Privacy, security, luxury and gorgeous views await you at this architectural gem nestled behind gates within the prestigious gated community of Laughlin park. This is truly the ultimate retreat for celebrities and individuals who value their privacy."

Bedingfield is a New Zealand native but was brought up in London. In an earlier interview with Seventeen Magazine, the "Unwritten" hitmaker said:

"My family comes from New Zealand, but I'm a London girl. I was born and raised in London, but I've got the blood of a New Zealander, so I always kind of felt like I didn't belong - in a good way."
