In episode 9 of "Supernatural" Season 11, Sam (Jared Padalecki) went to the underworld after his vision from God showed him an image of the fallen angel in a cage. According to Chinatopix, Sam will learn some sad news from his recent message from God as he will discover that the visions were not actually from him but from Lucifer (Mark Pellegrino). Now Sam is forced to spend the rest of his time with the fallen angel, and who knows what trouble he could bring.
