Colbie Caillat, the "Bubbly" hitmaker, has reportedly listed her home in Westlake Village, Calif., for sale with an asking price of $1.79 million.
Public records show that Caillat bought the residence in 2010 for $1.6 million. Caillat's Westlake Village home is a 3,603-square-foot, single-family home, is comprised of four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Interiors of the home feature hardwood flooring, soaring high ceilings and large glass windows and French doors. The floor plan of the home makes each room look super spacious and allows for ample ventilation.
Living spaces of the home include a formal living room, a separate dining area, a family room, and modern kitchen with custom cabinetry and granite counter tops. The kitchen also has a built-in wine refrigerator. The master bedroom has a fireplace and walk-in closets and an ensuite luxury bathroom as well.
The exteriors of the home include a marvelous backyard with a pool with a spa, a barbecue area and open patios, gardens and sitting areas. The home also has a three-car parking garage.
The listing describes the place as:
"Those who know Westlake Village, know that few other cities provide such a harmonious balance of tranquility and access to city living. Tucked away on one of the more prominent streets in Westlake, 31803 Saddletree is the perfect combination of Craftsman, Ranch, and Modern Styling."

News of the listing comes months after Caillat managed to sell away the Tarzana home that she and her parents lived in.
The residence in Tarzana sold for $1.3 million in March this year. Caillat and her parents listed the property for $1.299 million and took it on and off the market changing the price several times.
Caillat reportedly wrote songs of her album "Breakthrough" in the house. Parts of the video of "Bubbly" were shot in the house too.
"It (Bubbly) was shot in my hometown of Malibu and in Santa Barbara in southern California. It was just about being by the beach and having a wonderful day with a person you like. It captures that whole feeling," Caillat told Wilson County News in a previous interview.
The residence, a warm family home, was shown on MTV Cribs too. Take a look at the pictures of the residence here.
