Anderson Cooper, the famous anchor of CNN's "Anderson Cooper 360", is ready to bid goodbye to the Hamptons as he just listed another property he owns in the area for sale.
Cooper, who owns two homes in the Hamptons, usually rented out the pads during the summers, but looks like the silver-haired newsman is ready to sever all ties with his plush waterfront estates.
So what's on the table and for how much? Let's take a look:
20 Saint George Pl, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978 - $3.59 Million
Cooper was offering this residence for rent asking $65,000 for July and $75,000 for August. However, now the residence has bounced atop the "for-sale" market asking $3.59 million.
Cooper purchased the home in 2003 for $1.15 million, the Real Estalker (via Variety) reports. Listing records of the home state that the residence, built in 1928, served as a sports club for an estate nearby. Later, the residence was converted into a single-family home, which now spans an area of 3,800 square feet.
The waterfront property sits on a large 2-acre lot and has four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Interiors of the home feature hardwood and stone-tiled flooring, high soaring ceilings and French doors and windows.
The property has multiple decks and ample greens outside. It also offers indoor and outdoor wifi. There is a Gunite pool and a hot tub. A two-car garage can be accessed trough a private driveway.

12 Saint George Pl, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978 - $2.59 Million
Cooper hosted the residence for rent last year. It was asking $30,000 for the month of June, $60,000 for July and $80,000 for August 1-Labor Day. However, rent was upped to $150,000 for Memorial Day through Labor Day. However, in April this year, it came up on the open for-sale market for $2.99 million.
The price tag has been discounted since. According to the New York Post, the home, which Cooper purchased for $1.7 million, once belonged to Oscar-winning screenwriter Budd Schulberg.
The house is a 3,654-square-feet single-family residence with six bedrooms, five full and one half bathrooms. Interiors of the home feature vaulted cedar ceilings, peg hardwood flooring and French doors and windows.
The 2.4-acre property is loaded with amenities like a Jacuzzi, a chef's kitchen, central air conditioning and a cozy den. Outside, the home boasts of water views, a large swimming pool, a garage and rolling greens.

Both the properties are similar in terms of interiors, but theu each have separate pools and water frontage.
In June, Cooper spent an undisclosed amount for the "Rye House" in Connecticut. It was reported that he would be moving in the plush residence with his boyfriend Benjamin Maisani soon.
Cooper also owns a renovated firehouse in Greenwich Village, where he lives with his partner. He bought the house in September 2009 for $4.3 million, reports Daily Mail.
Editor's Note: An earlier version of this article wrongly stated that the home at 12 Saint George Pl, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978 was the place where Budd Schulberg wrote the screenplay for "On the Waterfront." The sentence has since been removed on request.
