Kate Bosworth, the "Blue Crush" actress, has reportedly sold her bachelorette pad in Los Angeles for $2.37 million.
Bosworth put the house on the market for $2.49 million in April, this year. She bought the house when she was dating "Pirates of the Caribbean" star Orlando Bloom and even shared the house with her ex-flame Alexander Skarsgard of "True Blood" fame.
However, after she moved on to marry Indie filmmaker Michael Polish last year, the listing didn't really come as a surprise. The couple tied the knot in an intimate wedding ceremony in Montana and only recently did they release some beautiful pictures of their wedding and the reception.
Bosworth and Polish met on the sets of the film "Big Sur" and apparently, Polish knew that she was the one for him even before they started dating. In an earlier interview with InStyle Magazine, Bosworth recalled:
"I never even dated my husband-to-be. He said to me after just a few weeks, before we were even together, 'I'm going to marry you.' He just knew."
And now that they are approaching their one-year anniversary, Bosworth has managed to make a pretty penny off the sale of her bachelorette pad.
Public records of the home show that the residence was put into escrow early in June, but closed sale only June 14.
According to the listing, the residence is a 2,890-square-feet single-family house, comprising of three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.
Interiors feature dark hardwood flooring, soaring beamed ceilings and an open floor plan. Living quarters include a formal living area with a fireplace, a dining area, a modern kitchen with custom cabinets and a breakfast bar.
Upstairs the home has the master suite and another sitting area. An office and a family room are some of its other features. A sleek pool, ample sitting areas and a parking garage are also a part of the house.

According to the Real Estalker (via Variety), Bosworth and Polish now live in Polish's lakefront home in Los Angeles. They were spotted home hunting last year in Los Feliz.
