Idina Menzel, or "Adele Dazeem" as John Travolta called her at the Oscars this year, and her estranged husband Taye Diggs have reportedly listed their home in Studio City, Los Angeles, for $2.99 million.
Menzel and Diggs announced their split late last year after 10 years of marriage. They have a four-year-old son "Walker" together.
"Idina Menzel and Taye Diggs have jointly decided to separate at this time. Their primary focus and concern is for their son. We ask that you respect their privacy during this time," reps for the couple told PEOPLE magazine at that time.
Menzel and Diggs have appeared on various public events since the announcement of their divorce and have kept it amicable.
"We met when we were 25 in Rent. So, we've been through a lot of ups and downs, and we've worked really hard for a long time. I just think we've grown apart, grown up, grown to a place where we think maybe we can learn new things about ourselves, going on our own separate ways," Menzel told E!Online in a previous interview.
While there is no word on how the assets or money from the sale of assets will be divided, the listing of the house was just about expected.
Property records show that Diggs and Menzel bought the home in 2010 for $2.09 million. The 4,931-square-feet single-family home is comprised of six bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Interiors of the home feature dark hardwood flooring, high ceilings and glass doors and windows.
Living spaces of the home include living and dining areas, a modern kitchen with a mid-rise island, a formal study and a children's playroom. The expansive master suite has walk-in closets and a Jacuzzi tub in the master bath.
Outside, the home is surrounded by lush greens, a kids' play area, a pool and there is ample parking space as well.

In a recent interview with Madame Noir, Diggs revealed that the family once faced trespasser trouble at the house.
"The garage door was unlocked and we were sitting and I saw the door open from the other side. So I immediately ran and then I saw this dark figure take off through the backyard. So then I cut through the house and I was in like pajamas, bare feet. It was night time. And in my head all I was thinking was that this person tried to come in and my child was there," the "Private practice" star recalled.
The Real Estalker (via Variety) first broke news of the listing.
