Faye Dunaway, the Oscar-winning "Network" actress, wants to do way with her homes in West Hollywood listing them for a combined $1.75 million.
The Los Angeles Times broke the news of the listing noting that Farrah Aldjufrie of The Agency is representing the property.
Public records of the property show that Dunaway bought the property in April 1998 for just $315,000 and has been listed for the first time since then. The houses have since been lovingly renovated and now boast of contemporary architecture.
While this is the first time its hitting the "for-sale" market, one of the homes was up for rent in 2007 asking $4,250 a month and then later it was upped to $5,000 a month, according to the Real Estalker.
The residence is a duplex - two separate units that sit on a 5,730-square-feet lot. Built in 1925, the two combined units offer 2,437-square-feet of living space and is comprised of four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Interiors of the homes feature an open floor plan done up in hardwood floors, large windows and wooden doors and high drywall ceilings with crown moldings and arched doorways.
Living spaces of the houses include a formal living area with a fireplace, a sitting room, a separate dining area, an office and a modern kitchen with custom cabinetry and counter tops. The master suites have huge walk-in closets and a master bathroom has separate "his and her" sinks.
Outside, the home has ample recreation area, an outdoor fireplace, open patios and a two-car parking garage.
The listing describes the place as a "Charming updated Duplex" and a "Hollywood-owned gem" that has separate entry ways and "plenty of outdoor areas for entertaining or for animals to play."
It also notes that the homes can be used as personal residences or rental properties.

In 2011, it was reported that Dunaway could be evicted from her NYC apartment because she was paying half the market price worth of rent at that time. The landlord said that Dunaway does not qualify for a rental concession because her primary residence was in West Hollywood, the Daily Mail reported.
