A Los Feliz home that once belonged to Liv Tyler, the famous "Lord of the Rings" actress, has hit the market for $3.85 million.
The Los Angeles Times first spotted the listing noting that James Harris and David Parnes of The Agency share the listing.
Public records show that Tyler sold the home to actress-model Tiffany Mulheron in 2010 for $2.71 million. Records also show that the house went on and off the market several times for unknown amounts. It was re-listed for the current asking price in June 2014 and in fact received several offers and went off market for some reason July 11.
But the home has now sprung back on the market.
According to the listing, the residence is a 5,218-square-feet single-family home that comprises of five bedrooms and six bathrooms.
Interiors of the home feature hardwood flooring, large glass doors and windows and high drywall ceilings.
The main house has two stories. The upper level can be accessed via a beautiful wrought-iron staircase. Also, there are several living spaces including a formal living room, several dining and sitting areas, a modern kitchen with high marble counter tops, a music room and a study as well.
Outside, the home has ample lounging areas surrounded by mature landscaped gardens. There is a separate 1,200-square-feet guest house and a salt-water swimming pool. A covered two-car parking garage is also available on the property.
The listing claims that the home has "bundles of character and charm and is located on Vermont Avenue on the north side of Los Feliz Boulevard on a wide, tree lined street."
