Juan Pablo Montoya, the famous NASCAR star who recently won the IndyCar Series in Pocono this year, is reportedly selling his penthouse in Miami, Fla., for $14 million.
The Realtor Blog broke the news of the listing noting that Ximena Penuela of Clarte Realty is representing the home.
Listing records of the house state that the duplex penthouse sits atop the posh, ocean-facing, Brickell Bay Drive building, which stands 48 stories high.
Interiors of the home feature double height cathedral ceilings open floor plan with tiled flooring and floor-to-ceiling glass windows and slider doors.
Livings spaces of the home include a formal sitting area, a dining space, a modern kitchen with a mid-rise island and custom plywood cabinetry. Upstairs there is a kids' room and the master suite with ample space to accommodate two large beds. A study/office area is also available in the condo. There is an elevator inside the condo and a separate set of stairs that can take you through its two floors.
The home also offers panoramic views of the ocean, has a high terrace and a barbecue as well.
The listing described the space as a "Celebrity penthouse, amazing panoramic views of the bay and ocean."

News of the listing comes just a month after Montoya won the IndyCar Series after 14 years.
"I want to thank Roger for believing in me - after how many years out of open wheel, to come back, he believed I could do it," Montoya told NBCSN's Kelli Stavast, according to NBC Sports.
"And here we are. It's awesome."
That guy is unbelievable - coming back after [14] years and winning a race. He did a great job. As soon as he signed [with Team Penske], I knew he would be an asset - and a headache - for us," teammate Helio Castroneves, who finished second in the series told NBC Sports.
