Criminal Minds Season 11 Fall Finale Recap: ‘Future Perfect’

In the fall finale of "Criminal Minds" Season 11, the synopsis reads, "The members of the BAU team track an unknown subject who appears to be fascinated with medical experimentation."

A couple looking for some frogs stumbled upon dead bodies by the swamps. One was a young woman who had her blood drained, judging by her exceptionally pale complexion. So a theory about a culprit with blood fetish surfaced. The other dead body though was an old man who didn't look like he suffered that same fate as the first body.

While the BAU team reevaluates the blood-worshipping cult theory, it was leaked in the media. JJ had to calm people down before they provoked the UnSub to do more killings. But the criminal was already unravelling and a third victim surfaced.

Apparently, the culprit was an amateur doctor obsessed in finding a cure for mortality by doing unethical experimentations. His victims were those who can go missing for days and no one would bother looking for them. Because his first human guinea pigs died, he went out and kidnapped more people, including Harold and Andrea. Harold died though before he even finished with his experiments on him.

Fortunately, Garcia and the BAU figured where Bobby was getting his sick patients, as well as all his drugs. They found him before he can kill Andrea, but an elderly woman, who was looking for some miracle cure, lost her life instead of being able to live for months she had left. Bobby was hauled off to prison while he said he can continue his experiments there.

Meanwhile, Hotch brought Garcia some good news when she rushed in and asked Garcia to come with him. It looked like they have major leads in finding the Dirty Dozen.

"Criminal Minds" Season 11 is off for the winter break and will return on Jan. 13, 2016.
