‘Supernatural’ Showrunner Jeremy Carver Sells Los Feliz Home for $1.82 Million

Jeremy Carver, the executive producer of the CW horror-drama series "Supernatural", has reportedly sold his Los Feliz home just a month from listing it, according to reports. The house sold for $1.82 million.

The Los Angeles Times broke the news of the sale noting that Brett Lawyer, Hilton & Hyland represented Carver's home, while David Kubiczky of Peter Lorimer Group Estates assisted the buyer.

Public records show the home was listed June 12 for $1.79 million. It was put into escrow July 11 and the transaction closed July 23, selling above the asking price. Carver purchased the home in 2009 for $1.62 million and has managed to make a pretty penny off the sale.

Carver and his wife Ana Fricke purchased producer Richard Gladstein's Los Angeles home April, this year, and have moved there since. That house is a 3,258-square-foot, two-storey, single-family home with three bedrooms, and three full and one half bathrooms.

Therefore, when the Los Feliz home hit the market, it made complete sense.

According to the listing records, the just-sold home is a 2,281-square-foot single-family home, comprising of four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Interiors of the home feature hardwood flooring, high ceilings and French doors and windows. The wide floor plan of the house allows for ample space and ventilation.

Located at the end of a high street, the home offers panoramic views of the city. Living space includes a living and dining space, a modern eat-in kitchen and a family room.

Outside, the home is surrounded by a green yard. There is a pool in the backyard and ample lounging areas. There is a covered 4-car garage as well.
