Robin Tunney, best known for playing "Teresa Lisbon" on the CBS hit series "Mentalist", is reportedly selling her home in Los Feliz, Los Angeles for $1.4 million.
The Realtor Blog broke the news of the sale noting that Rachelle Rosten of the John Aaroe Group is the listing agent.
Public records of the home show that Tunney purchased the residence in 2003 for $780,000. The home is a mid-century haven with a dark brown façade and a bright red garage door.
Spanning an area of 1,190 square feet, the unique house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Interiors of the house feature wooden beamed ceilings, stone tiled flooring along with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and slider doors. The listing notes that the interiors were designed by "a USC architecture professor and two of his students one of whom was Frank Gehry."
The home has a unique floor plan with a large living area, a dining space just beside the modern kitchen that opens into an exterior sitting area. The house has balconies opening out from the master suite that offers wonderful views of the city. An office and a recreation room are also a part of the property.
Outside, the home has a sleek pool with an above the ground spa and waterfall features. The home also has a two-car parking garage.

On the work front, Tunney is gearing up for the seventh season of "Mentalist" which is slated to premiere next year. The first episode of the series' seventh installment will be titled "Orange Blossom Ice Cream" and there is a lot of excitement in store.
Speaking of Lisbon and Jane's relationship evolution in the upcoming season, Tunney said in an earlier interview with Yahoo TV:
"They are growing closer together. We'll have to see what happens with this. I don't know; we're either going to make a lot of people really happy or a lot of people very upset, I'm not sure."
