Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon Sell Bel-Air Home

Mariah Carey, the "Touch My Body" hitmaker, and her presenter husband Nick Cannon have finally managed to find a buyer for their huge Bel Air mansion.

Carey and Cannon have reportedly sold the residence for a little over $10 million. Listing records do not reflect the exact price but, do show that the home has closed transaction. TMZ first reported the news of the sale and noted that the couple will be moving to New York City with their two adorable children.

Carey and Cannon bought the house for $7 million in 2009. They first put their palatial pad up for sale with a $12.99 million price tag in early February. However, they delisted the place within four days, possibly due to publicity overload. The home came back on the market with the same asking price in March, but with a different listing agent - Paul Czako of Gussman Czako Estates.

Czako has represented more than 40 celebrity homes in the past 25 years and is recognized as someone with the keys to some of the most desirable properties in Los Angeles.

Listing records state that the home is a 13,000-square-feet, single-family, three-level residence. The multi-winged home has six bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms.

According to the house's floor plan, the main level has a large living room, a sitting room, a kitchen with a dining nook, a theater, a maid's room, a bedroom and one large master suite. The ground floor extends into a second wing, which encompasses the game room, the aspen room, the garage and the laundry room.

The upper floor boasts a children's room, another master bedroom and a music room. The house also has a swimming pool that has the couple's initials "MCN" etched on the floor and a basketball court too.

"Recently rebuilt from ground up and then completely & meticulously renovated beyond perfection by its current owners, this Legendary Celebrity estate personifies Five Star Resort style living beyond all expectations," the listing stated.

According to the Daily Mail, Carey and Cannon also own a home in Windermere, Fla., and a triplex in New York City where the family has currently decamped to.
