Justin Bieber On the Move Again; Should Candy Spelling be Worried?

Justin Bieber, the troublesome-yet-uber-popular pop star, is on the move again and according to some tabloids he is moving to a Beverly Hills building where famous Tv personality Candy Spelling now lives.

TMZ is reporting that the Biebs is planning to move to the posh "The Century" building where Candy Spelling, who once owned "The Manor" - the largest private residence of Los Angeles, is putting up. The Manor is being marketed as a pocket listing currently.

Bieber is currently holed up in a Beverly Hills building paying $27,000 a month for two units combined - $16,000 a month for the penthouse unit and $11,000 a month for the fourth-floor condo. He has been throwing loud parties and filling up the place with too much smoke from that weed. Apparently, police were called six times to the building to get the situation under control.

But that isn't surprising. The "Baby" hitmaker has a reputation for causing a ruckus wherever he moves to.

He recently sold off his Calabasas home to "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star Khloe Kardashian. He had created quite the nuisance there, upsetting neighbors with his late-night partying, speeding and smoking up. He also launched an egg-attack on his neighbor's house just days before moving out of the area.

Bieber was recently sentenced to two years probation for the egging incident. He was also fined $80,900 and was given five days of community service. He has also been asked to take anger management classes after he pled no contest in the case.

Should Candy Spelling be worried now that the Biebs is planning to move into the building? Sources told TMZ that he wants to move by September.

However, Curbed is reporting that Bieber might just buy a property putting an end to his renting streak.

Last month, the "As Long as you Love Me" crooner was renting a mansion in Mexico after he got into the "N-word" controversy. A video of Bieber uttering the N-word and making lewd jokes had gone viral on the internet. However, he issued a public apology on twitter claiming he didn't understand the "power of words" then (he was about 15 years old when the video was filmed).

But, where there is Bieber there is controversy - just like smoke and fire. Last we caught up on the Bieber wire, he just got punched in the face by Orlando Bloom, the "Lord of the Rings" star.
