Carmen Electra, the glamorous "Baywatch" model, has reportedly purchased a home in the Nichols Canyon area of the Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles, for $2.68 million.
The Trulia Blog first reported Carmen's new purchase. The "Meet the Spartans" actress apparently sold off her home in Beverly Hills for $3.75 million, a $2.4 million profit on the flip!
Last year, it was widely reported that Carmen was looking for a new place to live in.
"She's been at her old place for a long time and she wants something new and different," a source told Celebuzz last year.
"She'd like to rent out her home now and she's looked at a couple homes so far. One she liked but she didn't take it," the source revealed.
"She wants to stay in the Benedict Canyon area. She's looking for something modern in the $3 to $4 million range. And she wants more closet space," the insider added.
Although it took some time for Carmen to find her perfect abode, she finally did! In fact, two weeks ago she posted a photo on Instagram announcing that she was moving into a new home.
She captioned the pic:
"Beautiful day saying bye to the old cribo #movingon #blessed #dreambig #letgo"
The new house is a neo-Mediterranean house that spans an area of 5,255 square feet and has four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
