Celebrity Real Estate: Slobodan Zivojinovic, Tennis Superstar, is Renting Out His Home at Miami Beach

The former Serbian tennis star, Slobodan Zivojinovic and his wife, Lepa Brena, a Bosnian pop star, are renting out their waterfront home in Miami Beach for $7,900 a month. In the late '80s, the powerful-serving Slodoban was a staple on the ATP tour and rose to the No. 1 ranking in 1986 for doubles.

The waterfront home of the couple has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has an open interior floor plan with many windows to let in the abundant Florida sunshine. It also has a large kitchen with plenty of cabinet space.

The outside of the home has great features of a small lawn, a pool, beautiful bay views, and a private boat dock.

According to Realtor, the home is beautifully nestled in a gated community and just about 15 minutes drive to South Beach.

Slobodan Zivojinovic is the first Serb to become a global tennis star. Known as Bobo, Zivojinovic was a true and real entertainer in tennis in his days. His Australian Open quarterfinal win in 1985 over American great John McEnroe has already been carved in the tennis folklore.

In 1988, Zivojinovic came to India for the first time and beat Ramesh Krishnan and Vijay Amritraj for his country Yugoslavia 3-2 win over in a David Cup tie.

The top four Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer and Andy Murray - played the finals of all Grand Slams since 2005.

In a report from Sports ND TV, The Serbian tennis star says the dominance of the top-four in the last few years made the game predictable, which was not good for tennis sport.

"The top four guys were there for years in Grand Slam finals, so nothing is new. It's getting boring," Zivojonovic told PTI in a chat.

"The world is getting faster and faster, you have sports with more action. If you don't see action, young kids do not like it. They go for extreme sports."
